Welcome! I’m Jenn, and I’m so excited you’re here. If you’re reading this, I’m guessing you’re someone who’s on a journey to live your best life, even when life throws some unexpected challenges your way. Well, you’ve come to the right place! I want to share a bit of my story—how I’ve embraced my life as an Ostomate and turned those challenges into opportunities for growth, strength, and thriving.


Let me take you back a bit. For years, I struggled with Ulcerative Colitis, which often left me feeling limited by my body. But after years of treatments and setbacks, I underwent ostomy surgery—and though that surgery came with its own set of challenges, it ultimately gave me something I never expected: freedom. I’m now living my best life as an Ostomate, and my goal is to show you that no matter what you’re facing, you can thrive too.


That turning point in my journey wasn’t just about gaining physical strength—it was about reclaiming my life. I found a passion for health and fitness, and I began to see that the limitations I thought I had were only temporary. Through small, steady steps, I built a lifestyle that supports my health and well-being, and I’m here to help you do the same.


Why I Started This Blog:


I became a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach because I wanted to help others live healthier, happier lives. Now, with this blog, I’m taking that mission to the next level. Whether you’re an Ostomate, living with a chronic illness, or simply looking for ways to feel better in your own skin, this space is for you.


Here, you’ll find practical tips for fitness, meal prepping, and mindset shifts that can help you stay motivated no matter what life throws your way. I want to show you that health and wellness are not only achievable but can be fun, empowering, and full of possibility.

Hi Jenn,

As you know, I have a love/hate relationship with food, and struggle with weight loss. I'm always looking easy recipes that use everyday ingredients. I'm hoping that some weight loss will lessen the knee pain I have from a work injury. My chiro has given me stretches to loosen the muscles. Any additional help is always welcome.
